ACTIVITY CHECK

SUBMISSION INFO

Activity Check consists of 20 comments between 2-3 threads. Furthermore, we will be asking for social link submissions.

Social link submissions are essentially a short writeup; please choose, at minimum, 2 pieces of CR in which your character has experienced some sort of shift in. By "shift", we mean anything as small as "my character now likes hanging out with A" to something more dramatic like "my character trusts A with their life". Negative shifts are also welcome! Just as long as something in your chosen pieces of CR has changed.

For September:

• If you submit 2 social link write ups, you will receive a reward from our character regains pool.
  
• If you submit 3+ social link write ups, you will receive either a Magic Ointment (forms a barrier that reflects all magic spells once) or a Physical Ointment (forms a barrier that reflects all physical attacks once).

Keep writeups to no more than 4 sentences.

AC is due on the last day of each month. We will not be issuing official reminders, and those who fail to make AC will be swept.

Character: Maika Halfwolf

Social Link Section:

Aerith: A woman with a persistently sunny nature that keeps Maika off-balance every time they speak. The fact that nothing Maika says ever seems to ruffle her makes her strangely easy to talk to, and Maika enjoys their banter more than she'll admit. After Aerith's confession at the meeting she wants to pry a little deeper and understand more of what's going on behind her smiles.

Argenti: Maika's tentative-positive impression of Argenti as hardworking despite the buffoonery got turned on its head by the meeting announcement. She has no qualms about murderers and doesn't have enough information to judge his actions; but she really dislikes the way he went about it and how it was received. Until she decides how angry she is about it (and whether he'll cave and admit that her claims of being a monster are more than just bravado), she intends to keep him in her line of sight.

Eli: Maika would have thought she has zero loyalty to the idea of a pack, but Eli is oddly endearing to her. It's more soothing than she thought to meet another wolf, even if he's apparently still in the dumb pup stage (affectionate). The tiny thread of commonality they share and his straightforward nature means she finds him easy to be around.

Schneider: Her first impression was that Schneider was a kindred spirit — and, therefore, dangerous. The forced confessions might have proved her right about that, but they also gave her an unwanted understanding into how similar they are. Maika's guard is now distinctly lower around Schneider, and though she'd hate to admit it, she feels a little bit protective of her.

Zionga: Deals medium electric damage to a single enemy.
Rakukaja: Raises Defense for a single target.

On September 1st, Dawn will deliver the following items to Maika's dorm room:

1. T-Kun - A plush of a chubby, green dinosaur. Old and worn, this was probably a dearly loved childhood toy.


2. Old Notebook - What it says on the tin. It has a lot of writing inside, at least! It's well-loved.

Anubis calls to you...

Maika has been granted the following skill:

WHEN LIGHTNING STRIKES: Maika calls on Anubis to grant her the strength she needs to push through, but her bonds in Sunset City grant her the strength she needs to live. Her claw gauntlets grow larger in size, their claws sharpening, and she can pick one enemy on the battlefield to pummel into. Maika can rush that enemy and slam her gauntlet into them (as many times as she'd like), triggering a chain reaction of equally powerful lightning bolts that will strike enemies in the vicinity; all of this will deal severe multi-target electric damage.

Additionally, you will receive an outfit upgrade upon summoning your Persona! The design is entirely up to you and is purely cosmetic.

This will come into play effective 10/26.
