ACTIVITY CHECK
SUBMISSION INFO
- Activity Check consists of 20 comments between 2-3 threads. Furthermore, we will be asking for social link submissions.
- If you submit 2 social link write ups, you will receive a reward from our character regains pool.
- If you submit 3+ social link write ups, you will receive either a Magic Ointment (forms a barrier that reflects all magic spells once) or a Physical Ointment (forms a barrier that reflects all physical attacks once).
Social link submissions are essentially a short writeup; please choose, at minimum, 2 pieces of CR in which your character has experienced some sort of shift in. By "shift", we mean anything as small as "my character now likes hanging out with A" to something more dramatic like "my character trusts A with their life". Negative shifts are also welcome! Just as long as something in your chosen pieces of CR has changed.
For September:
Keep writeups to no more than 4 sentences.
AC is due on the last day of each month. We will not be issuing official reminders, and those who fail to make AC will be swept.

Shalem: Good LORD how they managed to speedrun that social link. Learning about Shalem's experience in the troupe was like a very unhappy realization for Soujuurou. He understood that his life was manufactured to take the lives of others. It's a fact that Soujuurou had somewhat realized since his descent/exile from the mountains, but it was only here that he was truly faced with the undeniable fact. Soujuurou feels uneasy around the snake man because of it, but he does absolutely trust him.
Izou: Izou got the brunt of Shadow Soujuurou's attacks and yet forgave him for it, and Soujuurou felt somewhat indebted to the man! That's why he went and strangled the lights out of McGillis for him. Soujuurou thinks that Izou's definitely someone with a rough exterior and a softer interior, and his straightforwardness makes everything a lot easier on him. He trusts Izou.
Yoon: They Have Got To Stop Meeting Like This. After the events of Yoon's palace, Soujuurou definitely felt like he had come to understand the young man more. He sees him as a friend, and is glad that the other sees him as one too. Being forced to leave your home is never easy, and he can understand why Yoon would want to become stronger in order to protect others. But Soujuurou thinks that he's already strong enough.
Sayaka: The more that Soujuurou learns about Sayaka, the more he worries about the girl's situation. She looked for him in his darkest moment, and he feels like he wants to repay that favor by showing her that she should let people take care of her, too. Bold words from a guy that's so selfless that he doesn't realize that he's the type of person that would never know how to ask for help, but is it really hypocrisy if he doesn't realize it?
Ai: The more that he learns about Ai, the more he feels like he can relate to her, in some strange way. She shines far brighter than he ever does, but they seem to relate in an emotional sense. She's still trying to understand her emotions and so is Soujuurou. In a way, her presence feels like an affirmation for him. That even someone like him can thrive in a world that he knows nothing about.
