ACTIVITY CHECK

SUBMISSION INFO

Activity Check consists of 20 comments between 2-3 threads. Furthermore, we will be asking for social link submissions.

Social link submissions are essentially a short writeup; please choose, at minimum, 2 pieces of CR in which your character has experienced some sort of shift in. By "shift", we mean anything as small as "my character now likes hanging out with A" to something more dramatic like "my character trusts A with their life". Negative shifts are also welcome! Just as long as something in your chosen pieces of CR has changed.

For September:

• If you submit 2 social link write ups, you will receive a reward from our character regains pool.
  
• If you submit 3+ social link write ups, you will receive either a Magic Ointment (forms a barrier that reflects all magic spells once) or a Physical Ointment (forms a barrier that reflects all physical attacks once).

Keep writeups to no more than 4 sentences.

AC is due on the last day of each month. We will not be issuing official reminders, and those who fail to make AC will be swept.

Character: Elijah Walsh

Arven: Arven and Eli are not best friend roommates by any stretch of the imagination. Regardless, Eli decided to have just enough respect for him (for Mabosstiff's sake) to warn him about his condition ahead of the first full moon here. While it ultimately turned out that his condition was also on hold in this world, he didn't want Arven to worry or come looking for him in case he did become a danger.

Izou: Eli and Izou started off on the wrong foot and... are... continuously on the wrong foot. They fought viciously during their first meeting because Eli was offended by Izou's ego, and Izou was offended by the insults Eli threw at him. They continue to take metaphorical (and potentially literal) stabs at one another, but during their last encounter, when Izou was a drunken mess, Eli couldn't bring himself to pick on the guy any further. He told Izou it isn't fun to fight with someone when they can't fight back and got him a glass of water instead.

Céleste: The adventures of two supernatural shitheads ayyyy. Okay, but really, Celeste was the first to reveal he wasn't quite human, either, after Eli admitted the same (although Eli is adamant that He Is Very Human, Thanks). As such, he would inevitably turn to Celeste when he was worried about the full moon. Trusting someone he hasn't known for long is difficult for Eli, but Celeste was a familiar sort of undead to him, and so, he took that chance.

Congratulations on levelling up! As your bonds grow stronger, so too does your Persona. Garm has reached Level 20 and learned the following skills:

Bufula: Deals medium ice damage to a single enemy.
Rakukaja: Raises Defense for a single target.

On September 1st, Dawn will deliver the following items to Eli's dorm room:

1. Mask - A golden bird mask with a grey wig attached. The eyes can open and close.


2. Thistle's Spellboom - The very same spellbook that turned Falin into a chimera! Most of the spells inside are unfortunately, unusable or undecipherable.

Social Link Section:

McGillis: McGillis is a tough guy to get close to, but Eli's beginning to get a better idea about how he is and isn't. He does like the guy and sees him as part of the little "pack" he's mentally arranged for himself but really hopes Izou doesn't try to off the guy anytime soon (or ever)... That would suck? It helps tremendously that McGillis has witnessed Eli's most significant dilemma in the dreamshare and pushed him to free himself rather than remain chained by his fears and guilt.

Céleste: Eli loves Celeste. The end. Wait, does this need more than that to count? He's had a crush on Celeste from early on, and it's only grown there. He was shocked to discover Celeste felt the same after avoiding him most of the night at the ball, thanks to the worrying those heart threads would out his love for the vampire. Turns out Celeste was doing the same but finally decided to give in and let Eli realize his feelings weren't one-sided.

Sunrise: Eli's become fairly protective of Sunrise. He's begun to see her as family, like a little sister, who he wants to help enjoy what she can of life... or is it unlife? He made sure she had a ton of plushies to cuddle and pet once she admitted most animals didn't like her. He plans on going back to try and get that hot sauce plushie, too, since she loves hot sauce so much.

1. Broom - A well-made and sturdy broom, the bristles decorated with white-teal feathers and a golden cord. It doesn't look like it's ever been used to sweep.


2. Magic Ointment - One time use item. Forms a barrier that reflects all magic attacks once.

Eli's Arc: Eli arrived as a rude, hair-trigger-tempered punk who assumed he'd never make friends or any connection due to his condition. That was the usual way things were back in his world, so why would it be different here? Thankfully, he was wrong, and rather than running away, acceptance and support for him in growing and changing into someone more prepared to accept the werewolf side of his life that he struggled so hard to hide and ignore. Ultimately, they've set him on a path to becoming a stronger person. Admittedly, he's still rude, but look, some things never change, okay?

Garm calls to you...

"So you've finally decided to face things head-on, eh? Well then, let's show them what we can do."

Eli has been granted the following skill:

WINTER SOLSTICE: Icy chains wrap around Eli, but they call upon his inner strength and freedom. Eli breaks through them with a loud roar, and the chains swing around his arms to form large, icy gauntlets. He can use his enhanced strength from his werewolf side to his advantage now, and rush forward to pummel several enemies in rapid succession, dealing severe multi-target ice damage. (He can insult them and deal emotional damage, too, on the way out.)

Additionally, you will receive an outfit upgrade upon summoning your Persona! The design is entirely up to you and is purely cosmetic.

This will come into play effective 10/26.
